Why we started

The coffee we love.
The ritual we love.

Lezzet means “flavor” in Turkish. We chose the name to reflect what we wanted to share: the flavors we love in specialty coffee, experienced in a new way.

Our approach stays rooted in traditional Turkish coffee preparation, with its powder-fine grind and slow brewing in a cezve.

Crafted for Turkish coffee

Two origins.
Two roasts.

Origin

We chose two origins for the different qualities they bring to Turkish coffee, then brewed and tested them together to find the balance.

Lower elevation · lower acidity

Our lower-elevation coffee provides a rounded foundation, with lower acidity and notes of cocoa, toasted almond, and brown-sugar sweetness.

Higher elevation · brighter acidity

Our higher-elevation coffee brings brighter acidity, floral aromas, and berry notes that give the blend its lively character.

One gives the cup its depth; the other adds lift. Together, they create the balance we were looking for in Turkish coffee.

Roast

We tested light, medium, and dark roasts in a cezve. Lighter roasts alone tasted too thin; darker roasts alone muted the notes we wanted to preserve. Each origin needed its own roast profile.

Darker roast · body and depth

We roast one origin darker for full body, deep flavor, and cocoa sweetness.

Lighter roast · brightness

We roast the other origin lighter to preserve its floral aromas and lively brightness.

Together, the two roasts create our balanced medium-dark profile, crafted specifically for Turkish coffee—where the flavor stands on its own, without milk to soften or hide it.

How we make it

The right coffee needed the right grind.

Finding the blend was only part of the work. Most coffee grinders couldn’t grind it fine enough for Turkish preparation.

So we invested in specialized grinding machinery to achieve the powder-fine texture the method calls for.

A note from our founder

From our kitchen to yours.

Your first Turkish coffee order should feel like more than clicking buy. You are trusting us with your kitchen, your morning, and maybe your first real Turkish coffee experience at home.

Lezzet grew from our love of specialty coffee and the Turkish coffee ritual. We wanted to bring them together in a cup we would be proud to share with you.

That is the promise behind every bag: fresh roast, powder-fine grind, and simple flavors.
