Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Lezzet order. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

For food safety reasons, opened, used, or perishable products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, include your order number and a brief description of the issue in your message. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, or after we approve a refund for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened food products, used products, gift cards, final sale items, and perishable items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible under this Return and Refund Policy.
